Terms of Use
- How Rewards Apply: All rewards (30% Off, 50% Off, Free Stay, and Free Munun Empanadas) are automatically applied to your next booking and cannot be chosen or redeemed at the guest's discretion.
- Duration Limit: Each reward is valid for 1 night only. For example, a 50% Off reward cannot be applied to a multi-night stay (e.g., 3D2N); it covers only 1 night of the booking.
- Separate Dates Only: A loyalty reward booking must be made for a separate date and separate trip from your previous stay. It cannot be used to extend a previous stay or check out and immediately check back in.
- Card Ownership: The primary guest staying at the property must be the registered owner of the loyalty card. Rewards cannot be booked on behalf of other individuals.
- No Double-Dipping: Rewards must be applied at the time of your next booking on lushabalay.com and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
- Freebie Limit: The Free Munun Empanadas reward is limited to 4 pieces per redemption.
- No Cash Value: Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Validity: Unused rewards do not expire, and the loyalty card remains valid indefinitely.
- Booking Process: Guests must contact our Facebook page first to allow us to restructure the booking system at our end before the reward is applied.
